Hale Koa is dedicated to serve military families active and retired. It is located right on Waikiki Beach with a paved walking path taking you to the Hawaiian Hilton, Hilton Village, Dukes, and many other Waikiki resorts and restaurants.
All of our hotel rooms are generally the same size at approximately 300 square feet, most sleep up to four adults and have full in-room amenities. The main differences are in the views. The Luau garden is beautiful. The activities before the dinner and show were nice. They had various stations, like Lei making, palm crown making, Ukulele playing. You could take pictures with the performers. The dinner was plated, which was nice, vs. a buffet. I did some research ahead of time and other Luaus seated around 700 people and you have to drive or pay for transportation.
