4. Location. iowa. We decided to give a mud skipper twister with a 6.5 predator a try on our 1436 jon boat . We use it on a small backwater slough that's maybe 80 yards across with water depths anywhere from 4" to 18" . We are able to leave it on the bank behind the blind so it's only use is for picking up birds or adjusting decoys.

Also you have zerks fittings where the Mud-Skipper doesn't . Swamp runner just has a better track record , I have one and run the crap out of it this last season .
