Early game, there's no particular reason the whole Trooper team needs to be 7 stars to be functional. And you can probably have a functional Trooper team by level 40 when you unlock Galactic War, or close to it. Troopers were one of the best GW-clearing teams even before Piett, Gideon and Dark came along.

My team was CLS R7, Han and Chewie R6, 3PO R5 and Chewpio R7, but tbh they could probably all be R3. Replace that "easy 3 stars" by "full strategy in comments" ... BEFORE CG "FIXES" IT !!!!
