Through the various iterations of the TP9 series, the trigger was improved. The best I've tried so far is the SF E and SF X (same trigger). If you've ever shot a full-size, steel-framed 9mm, like a 5" 1911, 92FS, P226, or longer barrel CZ, the Rival-S will be closer to that. Honestly the canik is a lot heavier which helps me shoot the canik flatter. But i love the way the pdp feels. If i had to pick 1 of them id pick tge walther. Just a little bit more quality in the pdp. Eventually doing this as well. It is worth it. I was gonna get a czp10c or glock19 mos.

This is one of the best striker-fired triggers on the market, only matched by guns like the Canik Rival (a Walther clone).

The Canik trigger is hands down better than the Q5 in terms of smoothness of press and a shorter and crisper reset. The other difference is the price. 900+ for the Q5 vs 455 for the SFX. Also the split times for the follow up shot is better on the Canik. Average split on the Canik is .21 seconds and the average for the Q5 is .25 seconds. Sell me on the P10F instead of a PDP.
