Yeah there’s no way this healing affix does what it says it does. We had Sladran at 200k (he has 670kish HP on H+) and THRU MORTAL STRIKE he healed to 650k in one tick. So one tick is doing 900k+ healing (if MS affects it) and the buff says it’s “increased lifesteal by 100%”. He’s not hitting the tank for 400k.
