I have just bought a Technics SL-D30 from a friend of mine for $20! But there is one problem. The Start / Stop button does not work. I opened it up and the button isn't really connected to anything. Watched a few youtube videos and the button makes a pretty loud click when pressed, but mine has no resistance or sound.I am about to pull the trigger on ordering a new Uturn Orbit table to replace an old Technics SL- D30 that is starting to act up. The old table will be replaced by my SL-D2 that is in the living room and will be kept as a spare/ backup.
