On Dec 20th 2023 I first started to try to get my free reward. I'm a Diamond member. I requested a reward for free peacock premium. I spent about 7-8 hours on the phone with Xfinity I got two different ECM # . I only got one call back form Xfinity. I cannot activate my reward. Every time I get the same message .
